The sauna has been in continuous operation for over 135 years and is open daily. In addition to original, dignified furnishings, the Kaiserbründl offers 1,700 m² for pleasurable experiences.

Guest Rules / House Rules
Upon entry, you conclude a contract with Kaiserbründl with the following content.
- The entrance fee for a box or changing room must always be paid in advance.
- Towels and bathing shoes are not to be left anywhere in the restaurant, but must be returned to the cash desk together with the key chip when leaving.
- When leaving the premises, nothing is to be left behind in boxes or cabins and the door is to be locked again.
- Valuables such as jewelry, watches, money, credit cards, glasses, keys, cell phones, handbags and wallets etc. must be deposited at the cash desk, otherwise there is no liability for theft or loss and this is excluded.
- The locks of all changing rooms and cabins are patented. If the key chip is lost, it must be purchased anew and programmed again. The costs of €20 will be passed on to the customer.
- The key number must be shown automatically at each consumption and will be credited to it; all consumptions must be paid for together when leaving.
- It is not permitted to take food or drinks into the Kaiserbründl.
- Guests are obliged to maintain the utmost cleanliness in all rooms and are requested to leave them as clean as they would like to find them.
- No empty glasses, wet towels or other items are to be left behind in cabins and darkrooms.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring candles.
- Out of consideration for other guests, it is also not permitted to block individual cabins in the basement for hours on end.
- We ask you to respect the privacy and intimacy of the other guests.
- Furthermore: No prostitution, no hotel, no drugs / NO PROSTITUTION, NO HOTEL, NO DRUGS.
- Kaiserbründl reserves the right to deny access to persons whose admission appears questionable without stating reasons.
- Guests are obliged to follow the instructions of the staff without restriction. This also applies if a guest is of the opinion that the instruction given to them is not justified.
- Anyone who contravenes the guest regulations or objects to the instructions of the staff can be expelled from the premises without entitlement to a refund of the entrance fee. In such cases, a visit ban can also be issued for the future.
- Sauna infusions are only available every half hour. At the beginning of the infusion is the table with the inscription “Infusion, please do not disturb!” To turn. Entering the sauna chamber must be avoided during the infusion.
- Due to the risk of fire, do not hang a wet towel to dry by the sauna heater.
- The doors of the sauna and steam room must be kept closed at all times.
- Smoking is prohibited in the entire area.
